Holly Berry has been a proud resident of Preston for the past four years, having originally moved from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. With over 15 years of diverse career experience in education, law, and real estate, Holly brings a unique and well-rounded skill set to her role as a Property Manager.

Her career journey includes working in teaching, two years at Victoria Legal Aid, and progressively advancing from an Inspections Manager to her current role at Love & Co. Since starting in real estate in 2022, Holly has seamlessly transferred her extensive customer service background and multifaceted skills to the real estate industry.

Holly is known for her professional approach, going above and beyond to assist clients with kindness and empathy. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to both property owners and tenants alike. Holly’s commitment to continuous learning is evident as she is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree and aims to achieve her BLA in Real Estate by 2025.

Living in the culturally diverse community of Preston, Holly enjoys the vibrant local market, sunny weather, and the friendly atmosphere. She finds great satisfaction in helping owners lease and manage their properties and assisting tenants in finding suitable homes. Outside of work, Holly is an active community volunteer, marathon runner, and enjoys a variety of hobbies including reading, hiking, and travelling.

Holly chose Love & Co for its long-standing reputation and the welcoming environment she experienced during her interview. She is excited to watch her portfolio grow and collaborate with her new colleagues.

Fun Fact: Holly has a twin brother and knows how to operate a forklift, a crane, and heavy rigid vehicles and rides a motorcycle to boot.
